German Style Advent House

This Advent House is built with love and care from solid Tasmanian Huon Pine.
Its construction was inspired by the countless happy hours a simple paper Advent Calendar provided me during my own childhood.
If this house brings only a fraction of that happiness to its owner, I will not have wasted all those hours of painstaking labour to create it.
The Advent House is designed so that it can be refilled each year with items of your choice—a little note of Love,
a reminder of the meaning of Christmas, a stern but friendly warning, a sweet, a tiny toy or perhaps a coin to save for a rainy day.
I am sure your own imagination and thoughts of Christmas will guide you to fill each window with love year after year after year.
