Hilltop Cottage

This Settler's Cottage is perched on a natural slope (Quarter Log)
and comes complete with Jetty , Boat, Fishing Gear as well as the
'Offsuite' and Water Tank, and as with all my other Cottages it can
be brought to life with the supplied smoke producing cones to make
its little chimney smoke. The Cottage and the 'Land' is Huon Pine
while the roofing shingles as well as the gang planks are made from
other Tasmanian timbers to give the cottage color and style.

This type of 'Setting' comes on a variety of 'hills' and each is
treated differently according to shape and size of the 'Land'.
