Miniatures from Tasmanian Huon Pine

This is the very latest in my range of miniatures. In this case, my task was to create an Australian scene within a normal Matchbox. At the moment, I have only two designs on offer but I guess before long this will increase around five or six. Again, I used Tasmanian Huon Pine and to add a little colour a little King William Pine. Below I have included a few pictures showing the size of the actual article. I think that this should be a great gift to take with you on your next overseas trip. It is typical Australiana with the cottage sporting the water tank, the stack of fire wood complete with axe, the chair out on the verandah and a 'real Gum Tree beside the Cottage. |
